Kelsey McCusker

Attorney at Law

Kelsey McCusker is an associate attorney at Jimenez Law Firm P.A., focusing primarily on personal injury law.  She graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law where she received the Pro Bono Honors Award from the university for completing 150 hours of legal community service helping Meals on Wheels, Feeding North Florida and working to overturn the Indian Child Welfare Act.

Before attending law school, she went to Nova Southeastern University on an athletic scholarship for soccer. Her time as a student-athlete taught her important skills that have shaped her into the lawyer she is today. Specifically, she learned three key things you need to win: talented personnel, tireless preparation and perfect execution. She applies all of these principles to her law practice, thoroughly investigating every aspect of a case until her clients receive the justice they deserve.

Ms. McCusker grew up in Avalon, New Jersey, and she is currently a member of the Jacksonville Women’s Lawyers Association, Jacksonville Justice Association and the Jacksonville Bar Association Young Lawyers Division.
